Borders of Orland Helps Bring Reading Materials to the Crisis Center for South Suburbia During October
September 2009

Borders of Orland is teaming up with the State Librarian, Secretary of State, Jesse White and the Illinois Literacy Foundation to bring much needed reading materials to the Crisis Center for South Suburbia (CCSS)! This effort is part of the statewide Fall Literacy Donation Program. From October 5 through November 1, 2009, customers shopping at the Borders in Orland at 15260 So. LaGrange Road will have the opportunity to donate one dollar at the check- out to help CCSS purchase reading materials for victims of domestic violence and their children residing at its shelter.
