Prominent Tinley Resident is Honored by the Crisis Center for South Suburbia

Patricia Leoni, principal at Greenbriar School in Chicago Heights, first female trustee of the Tinley Village Board, longtime board member at the Crisis Center for South Suburbia and prominent Tinley resident, will receive the Dianne Master’s Award at the Crisis Center for South Suburbia’s annual dinner fundraiser. (PHOTO ATTACHED) The Heart to Heart Extravaganza will be held on Saturday February 20, 2010 at the Silver Lake Country Club in Orland Park. Festivities will begin at 6:00pm. and feature silent and live auctions and music by The Jimmy O and Rhonda Lee Duo. The Dianne Masters Award, named after the founder of Crisis Center, recognizes individuals who emulate her vision, commitment and ability to overcome obstacles while creating a brighter future for women and children in crisis. In addition, Advocate Christ Medical Center will receive the Corporate Recognition Award, presented by Tinley Park’s Mayor Zabrocki, for its outstanding service and support of the Crisis Center for South Suburbia. The Courage Award will be awarded to the families of veteran employee Kathy Garcia of Oak Lawn and longtime volunteer Carol Kearney of Palos Heights who both passed away while serving the organization with extraordinary dedication and commitment.
